Hotel rules

 Dear Guests! In order to guarantee you a pleasant and comfortable stay in our hotel we kindly request you to follow these simple rules:

1)      Registration and room assignment are carried out only upon showing of an identity document. For all non Russian Federation citizens it is necessary to present passport and migration card.

2)  The foreign citizens who have arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation on ferry vessels according to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 07.05.2009 No. 397 "About a stay  in the territory of the Russian Federation of foreign citizens and the stateless persons arriving to the Russian Federation in tourist purposes on ferries  having permissions to passenger transportation" can be in the territory of the Russian Federation within 72 hours without visa living on the ferry  or in the places determined by the group tourist program. Inclusion of such foreign citizen in lists of tourist group is the basis for stay in the territory of the Russian Federation without visa. Correspondingly  a check-in of such foreign citizen in a hotel  separately  of the group contravenes the specified resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation.

3)     Children till 18 years can live in hotel only accompanied by adults.

4)     The receptionist can refuse to host the guests in a condition of strong alcoholic intoxication.

5)     Standard check-in: 14:00

        Standard check-out: 12:00 (regardless of check-in time)

 In the case of releasing the room after 12:00(late check-out) an additional fee will be charged in accordance with the tariff policy.

 Late check-out till 24:00 – 50% of overnights.

The extension is provided if there are available rooms.

 If  you planning to check-out after 12:00, please refer to the reception in advance.

7)      Pets are not allowed.

8)     You can invite guests everyday from 8 to 23:00. In case your visitors are planning to stay in the hotel overnight, they need to pay extra and register at the reception.

9)     We strongly recommend to keep valuable items and documents in the safe located at the reception. The service is free and guarantees the safety of your personal belongings.

10)     All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking area is located on the landings.

 11)    We kindly request you to respect other guests of hotel. Please, during the period from 23.00 till 07:00 avoid an excessive noise.

 12)     Leaving the room, please don’t forget to turn off AC, TV, water taps, lamps and other electrical devices.

 13)  Bed linen and towels in hotel rooms are changed every 3 days. If you put the dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom we will change them.

 It is forbidden to use towels for unallotted purposes. If you need a shoe polish, please, tell the receptionist.

 14)   Please use carefully the room equipment. In case of

a spoiling or loss of items the hotel will charge a fine in accordance with the price list.

In case of violation of the hotel’s rules the administration has the right to evict the trespasser at any time without refund payment for accommodation for the current days.
